#NasaanAngResibo: Trillanes dares Remulla to show proof 'kakampinks' were paid
”Nasaan ang resibo (Where is your proof)? was how former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV responded on Monday, March 7, after Cavite 7th District Rep. Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla’s claim that those who attended the campaign rally in General Trias last week were paid and “hakot” crowds.

Trillanes, who is once again vying for a Senate seat, posted this question on Twitter, challenging Remulla to back his claim with evidence.
“Kung totoo ang sinasabi ni Boying Remulla na naghakot ang #TeamLeniKiko ng maraming tao, wala man lang nakapagvideo habang nangyayari ito? #NasaanAngResibo? (If it is true what Boying Remulla is saying the #TeamLeniKiko paid many people to come, he has no video to show while this is happening?)#Whereistheproof?” he wrote.
The lawmaker did not identify the presidential candidate he was referring to, but on Friday, March 4, a grand rally for the campaign of Vice President Leni Robredo and her running mate Sen. Kiko Pangilinan was held at the General Trias Sport Crowd. Trillanes is running for senator under the Leni-Kiko slate.

This event drew the biggest crowd yet in the sorties of Robredo since the start of the campaign period with 47,000 people.
But Remulla, a known supporter of former Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr., alleged that supporters in “pink” were paid P500, and there were student activists from the Left who joined the rally.
Earlier, his brother, Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla, promised 800,000 votes from the vote-rich province to Marcos. As a protest, Robredo’s supporters wore shirts that said “800K Minus One” at Friday’s rally.
The “kakampinks,” specifically those from the Robredo People’s Council in Cavite, did not take sitting down Remulla’s claim. They also slammed Senator Panfilo Lacson’s red-tagging allegations.
Lacson, retweeting a news article on Remulla’s allegations, said it was “worrisome” that the government is forming a coalition with communist groups.
The RPC-Cavite has released a statement condemning the politicians’ claims as “malicious, irresponsible and baseless.”

“Ito ay purong ‘bolunterismo’ - walang hinihinging kabayaran at kapalit kundi ang pag-asang maibabalik ang matino, mahusay at may resibong pamamahala sa bayan (This is pure volunteerism—we don’t ask for payment or anything in exchange except for the hope to bring back decent, competent, and accountable government),” it said.
“Ang iresponsable at mapanirang konklusyon na ito lalo pa't nagmumula sa iginagalang a mga pinuno ng bansa ay sadyang makapaminsala sa moral at dignidad ng mga kabataang Caviteño na ang nais lamang ay iwasto ang pamamalakad sa ating pamahalaan (This irresponsible and destructive conclusion, especially if it comes from the country’s respected leader destroys the morals and dignity of Caviteño youth which only wants to correct how our government is being run),” the group said.
The hashtag #BoyingSinungaling (Boying liar) was the top trending topic on Twitter on Sunday after Remulla made the allegations.
