Bird droppings fall on Mayor Vico during his barangay visit

Netizens and Pasig City citizens were amused when bird droppings fell on Mayor Vico Sotto during his daily barangay visit on Monday, March 7.

Sotto, in a Twitter post, shared: "Tuwang tuwa yung mga nanay kanina nung naiputan ako ng ibon sa ulo at balikat." (The mothers were so amused when bird droppings fell on my head and shoulder.)

He was in the middle of conducting “Oplan Kaayusan '' operations in Barangay Palatiw, Pasig City, when the droppings fell on his shirt.

Sotto even shared on Twitter a photo of his dropping-stained polo shirt.

The post received positive remarks from the mayor’s Twitter followers, remarking on his sense of humor as he shared the progress of the projects that are being done in the city.

“Oplan Kaayusan” is an initiative wherein Sotto, along with officials from the different barangays in the city, inspect the ongoing repair and rehabilitation works.

On Monday, Sotto was inspecting buildings and the drainage declogging repairs and other engineering works such as the cementing of roads.
