Bettor from Taytay, Rizal wins P12.5-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot prize

A ticket bought in Rizal bagged the P12.5-million jackpot prize for Lotto 6/42, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Sunday, March 6, announced.

PCSO, in an advisory posted on its Facebook page, congratulated the lone bettor of the winning ticket bought in Taytay, Rizal for winning the total jackpot prize of P12, 537, 017.20 during the draw on Saturday, March 5.

The solo bettor guessed the winning combination 18- 34 - 33 - 39 - 11 - 36 for Lotto 6/42.

PCSO reminded that prizes above P10,000 are subject to 20 percent tax under the TRAIN Law.

Likewise, PCSO said that unclaimed prizes within one year from the date of the draw date “shall be considered forfeited” as per Republic Act (RA) No. 1169.
