A total of 144 officers from the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Holy Spirit Station (PS 14) underwent a surprise drug testing on Saturday, March 5.
We continue to conduct surprise drug tests on all police officers from QCPD to ensure and identify who is using illegal drugs)," QCPD Director Brig. Gen. Remus Medina said.
Under my leadership, I cannot allow the QCPD to tarnish the name of the Philippine's national police)," he added.
An inspection was also held for the police officers' 100 percent attendance, while their firearms, Philippine National Police (PNP) identification cards, automatic teller machine cards (ATM), and cellphones were also checked to make sure that no one is involved in "E-Sabong (electronic cockfighting)."
I remind our police to adhere to the Internal Cleansing Program, not to get involved in any illegal activity, to keep being a good officer and provide service wholeheartedly and with honesty)," Medina said.
