President Rodrigo Roa Duterte inaugurated the first solar powered public market and commercial complex in the Philippines in the municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.
This is part of the “Golden Age of Infrastructure in Narvacan” as promised by Mayor Chavit Singson in order to bring true change, development, and success to the municipality and its people.
Along with the President were League of Municipalities of the Philippines President and Narvacan Mayor Luis ‘Chavit’ Singson, Senator Lawrence ‘Bong’ Go, Cagayan Economic Zone Authority Administrator and CEO Secretary Raul Lambino, DOLE Secretary Silvestre ‘Bebot’ Bello, DA Secretary William Dar, National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon, Jr., former DPWH Secretary Mark Villar and Ilocos Sur Governor Ryan Singson.
