Governor Daniel R. Fernando has lifted the curfew hours and modified the liquor ban in Bulacan as the whole province transitioned into Alert Level 1 until March 15.
Fernando also said that establishments and public transportations in Bulacan can now operate at full capacity. All private offices and workplaces may also operate at 100 percent capacity, but they may continue to provide flexible and alternative work arrangements.
Despite the relaxing of restrictions, the governor still emphasized the need for the use of face masks except when eating and drinking; participating in team and individual sports in venues where ventilation standards can be maintained, and practicing outdoor sports and exercises where physical distance can be maintained.
Individuals aged 18 years old and above need to present proof of full vaccination before participating in mass gatherings and entering indoor establishments. Minors are not required to do so.
Health declaration forms and paper-based contact tracing are not required but establishments can opt to use the StaySafe.ph application.
