East West to hold Annual Stockholders' Meeting online

East West Banking Corporation will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting virtually on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 8:30 A.M. In view of the current circumstances, stockholders may only attend the meeting by remote communication, by voting in absentia or through proxy by appointing the Chairman of the meeting. Other concerns to be taken up are as follows:
