'CONFIDENCE IS POWER' : Kakai Bautista promotes body positivity in photos, video

Comedienne-actress Kakai Bautista has flooded her social media account with photos and clips of her confidently highlighting her body while wearing a printed two-piece swimsuit.

"Hindi ako titigl! umayin ko kayo," she wrote as caption to one of her posts.

"Hindi ako titigil na iremmind kayo na ang mga hugis, hitsura at kulay nyo, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL and you should be PROUD dahil sa inyo lang yan. BABAE!!! sayo lang yan, walang pwedeng umangkin nyan," she added.

Then she advised her followers to always believe in the power of their own beauty.

In an Instagram reel, Kakai deemed it as "proud gains."

According to her, for the past weeks in lock-in taping, she has been really "lazy" and "crazy."

"Coping mechanism," she related, but pointing out she's "100 percent happy."

"Not far from today, I HAVE LEARNED TO LOVE THY SELF in every circumstance," she said.

Kakai reiterated that people should always do whatever makes them happy.

"Kung gusto mong payat ka, GO. Kung gusto mong Jubis at buhay ka, GO! Basta ang importante you know how (to) take care of yourself. Your physical, emotional and mental health ang pinakamahalaga to keep going and fighting," she noted.

"Sa lahat ng magsasabe sayo ng hindi maganda about your fez, your body and pagkatao! PAKDEMALL," she quipped, turning serious, she reminded her fans: "Ikaw ang mahalaga. Para mapahalagahan at mahalin ang mga taong nakapaligid sayo."

The "Dental Diva" also used the hashtags "#ConfidenceIsPower" and "#BodyPositivity."
