Actress Charlie Dizon appreciates it that her management did not "box" her in a love team.

In an interview, the 25-year-old noted how it helped her grow a lot as an artist.

But how does she manage to create chemistry with different leading men, we asked.

Charlie related that it boils down to her being naturally bubbly as it allows her to take the initiative and break the ice with whomever she is being paired with.

"Siyempre depende sa kung sino ka-partner. Siyemre sa una iche-check ko muna kung madali ba kausapin... pero usually ako na po yung kuma-kamusta agad, nagpapakilala po ako agad," she said.

"From there, in fairness, sinewerte po ako sa lahat ng mga naka-partner ko. Lahat naging mababait sa akin. Lahat madali katrabaho," she added.

Charlie learned a lot from the different actors she has worked with.

"Iba-iba din yung learnings sa bawat nakakatrabaho," was how she put it.

Recall that in the past, she was paired with the likes of Paulo Avelino, Jameson Blake, and Joshua Garcia.

And just three years after making her acting debut, Charlie already won two awards as best actress -- one from the Metro Manila Film Festival and another from The Entertainment Editors' Choice Awards or the EDDYS, both for her performance in the 2020 coming of age film "Fan Girl."

Charlie admitted there's pressure attached to her success, more so being given the "this generation's best actress" tag.

"Oo, di ko matatanggi na nakaka-pressure siya talaga. Pero alam mo kahit nung wala pang awards talagang nandun pa din ung pressure na lagi kong galingan, lagi kong pagbutihin yung ginagawa ko. At the end of the day, ayokong may pagsisihan ako sa mga projects na ginawa ko. Gusto ko pag nag look back ako magiging proud ako sa mga ginawa ko at talagang nabigay ko yung best ko," she said.

The ABS-CBN star noted how she always finds ways to "improve" her performances including her upcoming "Maalaala Mo Kaya" episode.

According to her, to give justice to her character, she actually spoke with the letter sender, asking for some tips and advice on breathing life to her story.

"Gusto ko kasing maipakita, ma-potray ko yung character nung totoong tao, as much as possible, na close talaga sa nangyari sa kanila," she related.

She vowed that viewers will be "inspired" by the "MMK" story, which is about an OFW nurse.

"I'm sure madaming makaka-relate," she added. "It's love in the middle of the pandemic."

In there, Kiko Estrada plays the role of her fiance.

It will air April 23.
