4 drug suspects nabbed, over P100,000 worth if shabu seized in Nueva Ecija buy-bust

Government anti-narcotics operatives seized P103,500 worth of shabu on Saturday night, March 26, following the arrest of two alleged drug den operators in a buy-bust in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

The PDEA Nueva Ecija Provincial Office said suspects Noel Sales, 32, and Rowena Sales, 29, Roldan Cruz, 30 and Rina Grace Juarez, 22 were arrested at 9:30 p.m. in Barangay Mayapyap.

Aside from the six heat-sealed plastic sachets of shabu weighing 15 grams of shabu, the PDEA and local police confiscated assorted paraphernalia and marked money paid to the undercover agent.

The suspects face charges for violation of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or otherwise known as “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act 2002.’’ (Chito A. Chavez)
