Suntrust Properties shines with 2 awards in first Carousell Property Awards

Suntrust Kirana is ‘Best Affordable Condo’ and Suntrust Verona is ‘Best Development: Mid-Range Housing’

Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, has proven that its developments are quality homes for every Filipino as it was cited in the recent first-ever Carousell Property Awards. Suntrust Kirana was named “Best Affordable Condominium,” while Suntrust Verona was cited as “Best Development: Mid-Range Housing.”

The entire Suntrust team was delighted with the honors during a pocket awarding held at Suntrust’s head office. Atty. Harrison Paltongan, SPI’s president, and Jerry R. Rubis, SPI’s first vice president–sales, marketing, and training, received the plaque and trophies. Other executives and sales heads were also present during the intimate celebration.

“In welcoming our 25th anniversary, we are proud to say that for the longest time, we never failed to deliver. This award symbolizes every hard-working employee that Suntrust has. From the site workers and maintenance to the admins, agents, and executives. This can never be possible without each other's effort. SPI will be devoted to continue providing better homes for each and every Filipino,” said Paltongan.
