Gretchen Barretto makes rare comments about Senator Bato

Actress-socialite Gretchen Barretto made side comments about the ongoing Senate investigation on the missing "sabungeros."

On Instagram story, Gretchen made remarks about the Senate session that was attended by her business partner, Atong Ang, recently.

The clip also featured Senator Bato dela Rosa.

“Get down to business, Bato. Stop grandstanding," Gretchen could be heard saying. "Just get down to the investigation.”

Gretchen added in jest about the "expensive" watch of the senator.

“Ang mahal ng relo ni Bato. Saan kaya nanggaling ‘yan? My God! A Senator has that watch? Oh my gosh!” she said.

Then Gretchen asked: "How did Bato ever become a Senator?"

“Tingnan mo nga ang line of questioning niya. Kailangan talaga lawyer ang mga nakaupo," she added. "People vote wisely! Don't vote a Bato!"

Gretchen said that "Bato" is among the "players" of e-sabong.

"Tumatalkpak kasi ‘tong si Bato na ‘to e. Bato, ilabas natin ‘yung mga talpak mo kaya? Alam ko may balance to sayo, Kate, no?... The truth will come out, Bato, soon."
