CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – Authorities have arrested 10 persons wanted for various offenses during a massive series of manhunt operations conducted by Police Regional Office-Cordillera (PROCOR) last Monday.
Capt. Marnoe Abellanida, deputy regional information officer of PROCOR, said that of the ten arrested personalities, six of them were listed as Most Wanted Person in various levels. Three are wanted in the provincial level, one at the city Level, one municipal level, and another one at the station level.
At the provincial level, Rovel Morales, 23, is listed as No. 1 for the crime of Rape; Nelson Dungali, 41, listed as No. 5 and was arrested for violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law. Benito Gayob, 58, listed as No. 10, was arrested for the violation of RA 9262 or Violence Against Women and Children Act.
At the city level, Kiel De Jesus, 27, listed as No.4, was arrested for Robbery with Homicide, while at the municipal level, Ronel Biggayan, 37, listed as No. 4 was arrested for violation of Presidential Decree 705 or the Forestry Reform Code. At the station Level, Cresencia Jacaban, 75, listed as No.1, was arrested for Illegal Recruitment.
