“Thank you to all the fans and viewers of Squid Game. When we were working on shooting all the games, there were some pretty challenging action scenes and also we had a lot of fun. But receiving an award like this makes it all the more meaningful. Thank you all so much and you'll look forward to season 2,” said Lee Jung-jae in his video acceptance speech.

Jung Ho-yeon said, “I'm so very happy to receive this Critics Choice Super Award. I want to share this joy with our Squid Game family. As for me, I'm going to continue to experience more, take it step by step, and grow into a better actor.”

“First, I want to thank you so much for honoring our show with the Critics Choice Super Award for Best Action Series. The fact that critics enjoyed our show, on top of our wonderful global fans, I'm so very honored.
