Ogie Diaz apologizes to Carla Abellana over 'false' report on condo unit

Talent manager and showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz has apologized to controversial actress Carla Abellana.

This, after Carla clarified his report on her condominium unit supposedly selling for only P2M.

She said: “Some press articles, including Sir Ogie Diaz’s video, are FALSE. They state that it is only worth 2M, which is NOT TRUE.”

In recent vlog, the comedian said, "Pasensiya na, nagkamali lang naman kami. Oo, alam naman namin yung meaning ng slash. Ibig sabihin 2 million ang ini-slash. Nasabi lang namin na 2 million na lang pero nawala sa isip namin. Pasensiya na, tao lang, di ba?"

Recall that in her statement, Carla also asked her followers to search online the meaning of “price slash” or “slashed price.”

"In fairness, maraming na-curious nung kami ay nagkamali lang ng nasabi," Ogie added in jest.

"Siyempre, nobody is perfect, darling. Lahat naman nagkakamali," he noted. "Pag alam mong nagkamali ka, eh di humingi ka ng sorry. So, I am sorry, no. Sorry Carla, nagkamali kami."

In any case, Ogie wishes Carla will be able to find a buyer for her condominium unit.

"Imagine mo, yun yung napag-usapan hindi yung kung magkakabalikan ba sila ni Tom? Imagine mo, yun ang napag-usapan, imbes na ano na ba yung lagay niyo ni Tom? Magkakabalikan pa ba? Ang daming tanong duon pero na-focus duon sa pagkakamali natin - mali naman talaga," Ogie said. "Anyway, hinihingi namin yan ng sorry, no. Marami naman kaming mga correct dito, ah. Bakit sinaluduhan ba kami ng iba? Hindi naman, di ba?"
