PRC: 1,427 passers in March 2022 Physician Licensure Examination

A total of 1,427 individuals out of 2,837 examinees have passed the March 2022 Physician Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, March 18.

The licensure examination was given by the Board of Medicine in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

The top performing schools for the said licensure exam include University of the Philippines (UP) Manila with a passing rate of 91.23 percent, University of Santo Tomas (UST) with 85.71 percent passing rate, and University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center with a percentage of 85.42 percent.

Meanwhile, PRC likewise disclosed that Linnaeus Louisse Abarrientos Cruz of UP Manila emerged as the top examinee with a rating of 90.25 percent.
