Lawyer says Tony Labrusca cleared in 'acts of lasciviousness' case

Is Tony Labrusca off the hook relating the act of lasciviousness case filed against him by an unidentified female last year?

Well, according to Atty. Joji Alonso, he is.

She uploaded on social media a copy of a Resolution dated March 17, as penned by Judge Xavier Paolo Del Castillo, dismissing the complaint.

Atty. Joji said, the court affirmed that there was no probable cause for the same.

"The charge imputed against him was found to have no basis," she maintained.

"After observance of due process, Tony Labrusca has been cleared of profoundly damaging judgments that has tarnished his name."

According to her, the said vindication attests to how "gravely" Tony was "falsely accused."

"We laud the justice system for ensuring a resolution in the most expeditious manner," she declared.

Tony's accuser is yet to issue a statement as of writing.
