Julia Barretto took a trip down memory lane when she was still in high school during a recent media conference for her latest project under VivaMax.
"Fortuately, I didn’t have any bad experience in high school. I think nung first year, second year, nag-pi-physical school ako, I was a volleyball player, so I was also an athlete. I think everybody knew that I was a volleyball player at that time. And fortunately, no experience of being bullied in school, only in real life (laughs). Not in school,” she candidly shared during "The Seniors" mediacon.
Julia added that she already knew the value of going through that experience, having attended regular classes during her first two years of high school.
"I think half of high school life, I was also working already. I remember my first and second year I was there physically for high school. I consider those years also very important formative years. If I had insecurities or if I was trying to figure myself out in high school, I mean everybody goes through that, and I did experience that myself. And I think that’s normal. It’s one of my favorite years in my life,” she explained.
