83 barangays in Imus City endure two-week water interruption

IMUS CITY, Cavite – Over 80 barangays in the city are experiencing a two-week water service interruption from March 17 until April 1.

In a Facebook announcement, Maynilad said they need to implement the water service interruption in 83 barangays to manage the quick drawdown of water from their reservoirs due to high water demand.

Residents in affected barangays experience low pressure to no water supply for up to 20 hours daily during the duration of the service interruption.
