QC gov't distributes cash aid to fire victims

The Quezon City government on Wednesday, March 16, distributed cash aid to fire victims in Barangay Bahay Toro.

Fifteen families lost their homes during a fire that broke out at Sitio Maligaya, Bahay Toro on Monday, March 14.

Mayor Joy Belmonte gave P10,000 each to homeowners and P5,000 each to residents who rent their houses.

Earlier, the residents also received food packs from the city government.
