Carla Abellana clarifies price of condominium unit: 'Tinagalog ko na rin po para mas maintindihan po'

Controversial actress Carla Abellana took to Instagram recently to refute ongoing notion that she is selling her condo unit for P2M only.

According to her, this is fake news.

"Some press articles, including Sir Ogie Diaz's video, are FALSE. They state that it is only worth 2M, which is NOT TRUE," she said.

"I also bought the Condo Unit back in 2015 so the CCT is under my name only. Nobody has ever lived there because i bought it as an investment for myself and myself alone," she reiterated.

"P.S. Just so you have an idea, a parking slot ALONE costs 2M."

Later, she featured the "actual market value computation" for reference.

"So you can do the math," she said.

"Okay na po tayo? Please only believe me, my 3 official brokers and The Grove, hehe. THANK YOU, everyone!"

Carla reiterated she never said the place is worth P2M only.

"Bakit ko po sasabihin yun kung hindi totoo? Hindi po ako click-baiter," she said.

She also asked her followers to search online the meaning of "price slash" or "slashed price."

"'2M slashed off' does not mean '2M NALANG,'" she pointed out. "Gets na po ba? O sige po, mas klaruhin ko pa po ha? Ibig sabihin po ng '2M slashed off' ay '2M po ang binawas.' HINDI PO '2M nalang ang halaga.'"

"Sana okay na po at na-gets niyo na po. Tinagalog ko narin po para mas maintindihan po. Maraming salamat po!"

It was last month when Carla announced the sale amid marital woes with Tom Rodriguez.
