Fire hits mall in QC; 2 hurt

Two persons were injured when a fire that broke out on the third floor of a mall in Brgy. Horseshoe, Quezon City on Monday afternoon, March 14.

The fire was raised to first alarm at around 5:02 p.m. and was declared under control at around 6:05 p.m., according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Public Information office. 

The blaze was extinguished at around 8:40 p.m.

Authorities said two individuals sustained minor injuries during the fire that damaged around P4,000,000 worth of property.

Arson probers are still investigating the cause of the fire which reportedly originated at the electrical room on the third floor of the building.
