Double celebration for Dioceldo Sy, Singapore Ambassador Gerard Ho

It is the birth month of Ever Bilena Founder and CEO Dioceldo Sy and Singapore Ambassador Gerard Ho who both co-hosted an intimate birthday dinner held at the Singapore Ambassador’s Residence.

“Joint birthday celebration with Singapore Ambassador, Gerard. Thanks to our dear friends for coming to our intimate dinner get together,” Sy posted on Instagram.

In attendance were Teresita “Tessie” Sy Coson, Hans Sy and wife Carol, Lance Gokongwei and wife Jay, French Ambassador Michele Boccoz, President and Board Director of Solaire Resort and Casino Thomas “Tom” Arasi, Anton Periquet and wife, AB Capital Investment Corporation Lisa, President of San Lorenzo Group of Companies and Violago Homes AJ Violago, CEO and Managing Partner of PDP Architects Arch. Cathy Saldana-Siegel, SM Markets group Herbert “Herson” Sy and wife Muriel; Assistant Team Manager of Blackwater Jacob Munez and wife Denice Sy-Munez who is chief sales and marketing officer of Ever Bilena, Business Development Officer of Ever Bilena Donway Sy, and Dioceldo’s partner Christine Codrington.

Guests were served a sumptuous plated dinner prepared by TiJoe Catering consisting of shredded smoked duck on toasted pandesal for appetizer, lobster pumpkin soup, pan-seared Chilean seabass with mushroom and herbs in white wine sauce, and roast angus beef rib-eye with pepper sauce, garlic mashed potato, and a melange of vegetables for their main course. Tropical fruits rosewater pana cotta and chocolate red bean bochi were served for dessert.

The birthday celebrants were serenaded by a live band where guests took turns on the mic. The women in the party also performing a song number together.

Dioceldo and Gerard turn 64 and 50 respectively this year.
