Two of Binondo's most wanted arrested

Members of the Manila Police District (MPD) arrested two of Binondo's most wanted persons on Friday, March 11.

The first suspect, identified as Nenita Bantay, a 42-year old vendor and street dweller was arrested on Juan Luna Street in Binondo, Manila at around 11:30 a.m. She is wanted for theft and is number 7 on the most wanted list.

Meanwhile, the second suspect, Reggie Dela Cruz, a 34-year-old delivery rider, was arrested at the corner of Lavezares and Valderama Streets in Binondo, Manila at about 2:15 p.m., he is tagged as the top 2 most wanted person for frustrated homicide.

The suspects were apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Carissa Anne Manool Frondozo of Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) Branch 7 in Manila and Judge Thelma Bunyi Medina of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 32 in Manila.

Both suspects are currently detained in MPD headquarters, the police report said. (Terence Ranis)
