Pasay City will not allow walk-ins for vaccination of kids with health conditions
Pasay City will not allow walk-ins in the COVID-19 vaccination for children aged five to 11 with comorbidities set on Feb. 7, Monday.
Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the inoculation of children with health conditions will be held at the Pasay City General Hospital (PCGH).
Rubiano reminded all those scheduled for vaccination on Feb. 7 to bring a birth certificate of the child, valid government ID issued to parents or guardians, and the medical certificate indicating the comorbidity of the child.
The medical document must be duly signed by the attending physician allowing the concerned patient to receive the vaccine.
She said parents may register their child to get the jab by texting 09562834495 indicating the name, age, address, and the comorbidity of the kid.
The mayor said children without comorbidities can register through DepEd registration if the child is learning in public schools. Their vaccination will be by schedule.
Rubiano said children studying at private schools, residents studying outside Pasay City, and the out-of-school youth can register in their respective barangays.
