Gabby Eigenmann warns netizens vs scammer who uses his name

Actor Gabby Eigenmann has warned his followers about a scammer who uses his identify so that he could extort money.

The fake Gabby was borrowing P10,000 from fellow Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino. Good thing that Rocco was immediately notified by the real Gabby about the scam.

"Got a call from my friend @nacinorocco, asking if i was the one messaging him on telegram.. sad to say there’s this person using my name and profile pic asking for money. Pls do not entertain any messages from this person pretending to be me. Kung sino ka man tigilin mo na ang pangloloko sa mga tao, mas doble ang balik sa karma..," Gabby wrote on Instagram along with the screenshots of Rocco and the fake Gabby's conversation.

Rocco advised netizens to be cautious. "Be safe everyone!!! Triple check kung totoo mga kumakausap sa inyo lalo na kapag may pera na involved!"
