A fire razed three houses in Taguig City on Thursday night, Feb. 24.
According to the Taguig City Fire Station, the fire started from a house owned by Tong Namla on Cagayan de Oro Street in Barangay Maharlika Village at around 7:13 p.m.



Taguig firefighters raised the first alarm at 7:20 p.m. The blaze was placed under control at 7:37 p.m. before it was put out at 7:48 p.m.
No one was injured in the fire which damaged three houses and affected seven families. The Taguig City Fire Station estimated the damage to property at P25,000.
A total of 29 fire trucks responded to the incident consisting of 11 from the Bureau of Fire Protection and 28 from volunteer groups and local governments. Two ambulances were also dispatched to the fire scene.
