Duterte confident he did his job the right way: 'Wala akong ginawang kalokohan'
As his term draws to a close, President Duterte insists that he has done a spiff clean job as head of the state in the past six years.

"On my honor as president, talagang ginawa ko yung trabaho ko and wala akong ginawang kalokohan (I really did my job and didn't do any shenanigans)," Duterte said in a special episode of the Cabinet Report aired Friday night, Feb. 25.
"Ginawa ko yung trabaho ko sa tamang pamamaraan (I did my job the right way)," he added.
Duterte also emphasized that he will base his success or failure as the president on the feedback of the public.
"Your success or failure will depend on the support of the people," he said.
The President also expressed his gratitude to the Filipinos who have supported him during his entire term.
"I would like to thank the Filipino people for the continued support at sa paniniwala ninyo sa akin–sa pagkatao ko, sa pagka-opisyal ko (and for believing in me–my personality and for being a public official)," he said.
Duterte, the 16th president of the Philippines, will step down on June 30, 2022, exactly six years after his term started in 2016.
