SAN PEDRO CITY, Laguna – The local government unit (LGU) launched two pediatric vaccination sites to kick off Resbakuna Kids for children aged 5 to 11 years.
On Feb. 23, Mayor Lourdes S. Cataquiz, along with other local officials, led the launch of the pediatric vaccination at Robinsons Galleria South.

Around 200 children got their first Pfizer jab. They were given food packs and treated to face painting and one-hour free arcade admission.
The city government launched its second pediatric vaccination site on Feb. 24 at San Pedro Astrodome.

During the opening ceremony, groups from the City Health Office, Public Order and Safety Office, and City Fire Auxiliary Unit provided song and dance numbers to entertain the kids while waiting for their vaccination.
The LGU continues to encourage parents and guardians to register their children for pediatric vaccination through an online form.
