Proud mom Neri Naig-Miranda shares first investment they did for their son Miggy, "By March matatapos na ang Miggy's Condo! Yahoooooo," she posted on her Instagram account.

Because they have been accepting endorsements for their son MIggy, she revealed that they have been saving all of the money to invest for their son. "Para habang bata pa, may negosyo na siya. Tuturuan namin ang mga bata na maging financially literate." She also added that it's important for kids to learn how to invest and save at a young age. "Pero it's not too late sa atin kahit anong edad pa tayo. Ang mahalaga, nagsisimula na tayo."

She shares in the post a photo of the condominium unit they bought for their son. "This is the investment. All the earnings will directly go to his bank account. This is aone-bedroom condo in SM DC Grass, which is right beside SM North TriNoma. We got it preselling, when Miggy just started walking. Someone gave me a flyer at SM The Block, and I got it while carrying Miggy, " she remembers.

She used the payment for his first endorsement under Baby Flo to pay for it. After a few years, it's finally fully paid. "I'm so excited to have it rented out, so we can save again and work on the next project." She added that the rent is on a daily basis so it feels like you're staying at a hotel."

"More updates soon when it's ready for rent," she ends.
