Alex Gonzaga stands firm in her support of Toni Gonzaga.
According to Alex, it was their father who taught them to remain supportive and faithful to each other no matter what, even where it concerns politics.
“Sa family, iba-iba ng political stand but my daddy would always say na, ‘Your political stand is your right but mas importante is family than anything, any issue,’” Alex related to Karen Davila in her vlog.
“So we support each other.”
She is hesitant to share detail as to how Toni reacted to the numerous brickbats she received following her public support of Bongbong Marcos.
But she is positive that Toni is unbothered about it all.
“I know she’s a strong person...My sister was bashed even before nung bata pa (siya). She was bullied preschool pa lang hanggang sa pag-a-artista niya.”
“I think she was equipped and so ready for that.”
