Six-year-old dies in QC fire

A six-year-old died and two others were hurt in a fire that broke out on Don Primitivo St. Don Antonio Heights, Brgy. Holy Spirit on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Public Information office (PIO), the fire was raised to 1st alarm at around 9:10 a.m.

The blaze was extinguished at around 10:19 p.m.

The six-year-old boy was trapped inside his room while his three siblings were able to escape.

At least nine houses were damaged by the fire.

Investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.
