Comelec signs MOA with Vote Pilipinas for May 2022 polls

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Wednesday, Feb. 16, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Vote Pilipinas for the May 2022 polls.

Comelec Acting Chairperson Socorro Inting led the signing at the Manila Hotel together with other poll officials.

"This Memorandum of Agreement with Vote Pilipinas signifies an understanding that the Comelec and Vote Pilipinas...are partners in the voter information campaign for the 2022 National and Local Elections," she said in her speech.

Inting said Vote Pilipinas will be at the forefront in the campaign to get the people to vote on Election Day.

"I would like to extend my gratitude to Vote Pilipinas for being the official voter information campaign partner of Comelec," she said.

As the voter information campaign partner of Comelec, Vote Pilipinas will be mounting a nationwide caravan to reach as many Filipino voters as possible as well as #BumotoKa Campaign webinars.

There will be a Vote Pilipinas Candidate Profile Dashboard which aims to present extensive, factual, relevant and up-to-date information about the candidates for president, vice president, senator and party-list representation.
