Dabarkads endorse Ping Lacson, Tito Sotto

Members of "Eat Bulaga's" Dabarkads showed their overwhelming support for the tandem of presidential aspirant Ping Lacson and running mate Tito Sotto in Cavite City recently.

Joining the campaign rally were celebrities Ciara Sotto, Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo, Iwa Moto. But it was Bossing Vic Sotto who captured the hearts of the audience with his charm and comic lines.

“Hi fans!” said Vic as he made his appearance on stage with a wild applause.

“Pasintabi lang, ako po ay hindi magtatalumpati ngayong gabi. Dahil baka sa ganda ng aking talumpati, ako ang maiboto niyong presidente. Siyempre, ang iboboto natin ay walang iba kundi ang aking hinahangaang senador, Senador Ping Lacson. Ako ay hanga sa katapatan nitong taong ito, katapatan sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo publiko. Nakita natin ‘yan sa record niya.

“At pagdating sa katapangan, hindi mo matatawaran, eh, Caviteno. Katapangan para labanan ang mga tiwali sa gobyerno. Para labanan ang kurapsyon sa gobyerno,” said Vic.

Then Bossing said: “At siyempre pa, sa pagka-bise president, ako ang iboto niyo. Hahahaha!”

“Hindi, nadulas lang. Magkamukha naman tayo. Hahahaha!

“Eh siyempre, ang aking mahal na kuya, na lamang lang ng isang paligo sa akin, pagdating sa kapogian. Senate President, Tito Sotto.

“Ang aking kapatid, at mga senador na nasa harap niyo, sila po ang makakatulong kay Ping, para ayunsin ang buhay nating lahat,” Bossing said.

Addressing the crowd, Ping said: “Mga Dabarkads, hindi lang isa kundi dalawang Sotto ang kasama natin ngayong gabi! Nakakataba ng puso ang suporta at mainit na pagtanggap sa #LacsonSotto tandem. Isa ito sa highlight ng aking public service career. Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat! #LacsonSottoTayo, #LacsonSotto2022."

“Marami ang na-surpise sa pagbisita ni Vic Sotto kagabi para personal na magpakita ng suporta sa aming kampanya. Lahat ay na-inspire sa sinabi niya. Aasahan namin ang katulad na suporta at mainit na pagtanggap mula sa lahat ng Dabarkads mula Batanes hanggang Jolo!” Ping added.
