Two persons were arrested after Quezon City Police District (QCPD) anti-drugs operatives seized from them P102,000 worth shabu during a buy-bust in Barangay Sto. Cristo on Thursday night, Feb. 10.
Police Maj. Wennie Ann Cale, chief of QCPD District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU), identified the suspects as Jacqueline Romera, 36, and Darryl Ramirez, 33, both residents of Caloocan City.
According to the police report, the operatives apprehended the suspects at around 9:00 p.m. on Ilocos Sur St. in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, QC.
Police recovered from the suspects two sachets of shabu, a cellphone, a black wallet, and the buy-bust money.
Romera and Ramirez will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, according to the police.
