Valenzuela City opens COVID-19 vax site for 'National Vaccination Days'
The Valenzuela City government opened a COVID-19 vaccination site for the two-day "National Vaccination Days" on Feb. 10 and 11.
The site is located in a fast food chain in Barangay BBB Marulas.
Residents and non-residents of the city, with ages 18 and above, can visit the site from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to get their first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccine, as well as booster shots.
They need to present their "ValTrace" quick response (QR) codes, a valid/government-issued identification card, medical certificate for individuals with comorbidities, the "VCVax Passport" or vaccination card for those who will get their second dose, persons with disabilities (PWD) and senior citizen ID (for courtesy lane), and a ballpen.
The local government said that a “first come, first serve basis” policy is implemented, while the inoculation in other vaccination sites continues as scheduled.
