Valenzuela City opens COVID-19 jab registration for 5-11 years old

The Valenzuela City Government on Tuesday, Feb.1, opened the registration for the COVID-19 vaccination of kids aged 5 -11 years old.

The local government said that the inoculations will start on Feb. 7 and parents can visit the link valtrace.appcase.net to have their children listed.

It also said that parents should click the "For minors ages 5 to 11 years old" button on the website to start the registration.

The form asks for both the parents and recipient's basic details (e.g. name, gender, age, birthday, home address, contact number), the minor's medical history, and the parent's consent.

After the registration, parents are advised to wait for a message or a call from a "VCVax" staff regarding the vaccine appointment of their children.
