Levanga Hokkaido’s Dwight Ramos, Nagoya Diamond Dolphin’s Ray Parks, Shiga Lakes’ Kiefer Ravena and San-En Neophoenix’s Thirdy Ravena will lead the all-star selection from the league’s Asian Players Quota against the Rising Star.

Joining them are Matthew Wright of the Kyoto Hannaryz and Justine Baltazar of Hiroshima Dragonflies along with Division II players Jordan Heading of Nagasaki Velca, Kobe Paras of Altiri Chiba, Roosevelt Adams of the Kagawa Five Arrows and Greg Slaughter of Zephyr Fukuoka.

Jay Washington of Ryukyu Golden Kings is the other Filipino player in the lineup but it’s unclear if he will be playing in the basketball festivity after being released by his team the day prior the announcement.

Kiefer is also participating in the Skills Challenge against some of the best playmakers in the league while Heading aims to top the best snipers in the Three-Point Contest.
