Google Year in Search 2022: BTS, K-zombie 'All of Us Are Dead' in global trend lists

What did people search for the most on Google in 2022? 

Google released its Year in Search 2022, which is a list “based on search terms that had the highest spike this year as compared to the previous year.”

Globally, among those who made the list are Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS and Netflix’s Korean zombie series “All of Us Area Dead.”

Under the “Hum to Search: Top Songs” list, BTS’ “Butter” placed second while BTS' “Dynamite” came out in seventh place. 

“All of Us Are Dead” is No. 8 among the trending TV shows globally in 2022. The zombie series stars Park Ji-hu, Yoon Chan-young, Lomon, Cho Yi-hyun, Yoo In-soo and Lee Yoo-mi.

On the other hand, “Wordle” is the No. 1 on the list of searches globally in 2022, followed by “India vs England,” “Ukraine,” ”Queen Elizabeth” and “Ind vs SA.”
