'Naloka po me:' Angelica Panganiban shocked over added charge for package

Angelica Panganiban wants to reach out to custom officials.

This, after a package she had delivered was charged an additional amount.

She tweeted: "Hmmm… pano ma contact ang customs? May binili akong swimsuit, 7k yung amount. Pero pinapabayaran ako ng 8,211 pagka deliver sa akin. Naloka po me."

Note that last March, Angelica also asked netizens for “enlightenment” relating to a tax quandary.

She said then: “Nakakapng hinayang lang na wala akong choice kundi bayaran yung singil nila. Kung alam ko lang na 70% yung babayaran kong tax sa customs. D na ko bumili online.”

Last year, Angelica’s good friend Bela Padilla also called out the Bureau of Customs for the delayed release of her packages.

Customs, on their part, apologized for the inconvenience.
