Man dies onboard passenger jitney in GMA, Cavite


GENERAL MARIANO ALVAREZ, Cavite – An unidentified man died onboard a passenger jitney traveling along Congressional Road evening on Monday, Dec. 5.

According to GMA Municipal Police Station (MPS), the man had a medium build, was approximately 5'2" to 5'4" in height and around 56 to 60 years old. He was wearing a black cap, a light blue polo shirt, brown pants, and brown slippers.

Initial investigation showed the jitney driver noticed that the passenger lost consciousness and immediately brought him to the hospital.

The man, however, was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.

The man's remains are at the hospital and will be autopsied.
