APARRI, Cagayan – Authorities arrested three high-value targets and seized suspected shabu worth P1.4 million during the implementation of a search warrant here on Thursday, Dec. 29.
Suspects were identified as Rolando Uri, 52; Mila Malana, 50, and Michael Uri, 37, store owner.
Seized from them were 60 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with a total weight of 208 grams and estimated market value of P1.4 million, a transparent plastic sachet with suspected dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops weighing 90 grams valued at P10,000; assorted drug paraphernalia, and a caliber .38 revolver with two bullets.
Suspects and pieces of evidence were brought to the Aparri police station for proper disposition.
They face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and RA 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition).
