NAIA reaches out to passengers as thousands of luggages clog airport
Thousands of passenger luggages were stuck at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1, prompting the management of the country's premier airport to appeal to affected customers on Friday, Dec. 30, to coordinate with their respective airlines to claim them.

The NAIA advised affected passengers to contact their airlines for the door-to-door delivery of their luggages into their homes.
Records showed that some of the owners of the luggages are from Canada, the United States, Korea, and the Middle East who arrived a few days ago.
As millions of travelers arrived in the country for the holiday season, delays in baggage arrivals at NAIA brought headache to some as they were forced to return to the airport just to claim their baggages.
