Two men, one of them a 62-year-old, were arrested by the police in a buy-bust operation in Taguig on Dec. 30.
The Taguig police identified the suspects as Rasid Tiagon, 62, and Esmael Wakid, 40, who were arrested by members of the Drug Enforcement Unit at about 12:30 a.m. along Balanaken Street in Barangay Napindan, Taguig.

Police operatives recovered six plastic sachets containing suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing 27 grams with a total value of P183,600 and five P100 bills used as buy-bust money.
The seized drugs were turned over to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig for analysis.
The two suspects will be charged by the police for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
SPD chief Brig. Gen. Kirby John Kraft praised the Taguig police for keeping the community safe and said the campaign against illegal drugs will intensify even in the midst of the holiday season.
