MIAA meets airline companies to improve services at NAIA terminals
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has started meeting airline companies and discussed measures to improve the services at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
MIAA General Manager Cesar Chiong said what they want to achieve is the Singpore airport-like comfort of passengers at all NAIA terminals by next year.
"We will make some changes to make the passengers more comfortable," said Chiong.
"We are also studying the reasons why some airlines' security prohibits passengers from bringing the bottled water to the waiting area even if they bought them inside the terminal," he added.
Chiong said the changes are aimed at complying with the international standard for airline passengers at the airports.
