A few days before 2022 ends, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has named several officials in various government positions.

Aside from designating Richard Bachmann as the new chairman of the Philippines Sports Commission PSC, replacing Noli Eala, the President also filled up positions in the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).
Former Customs official Ariel Nepomuceno has been tapped as the new administrator of the OCD.
Angelito Magno and Glenn Ricarte were both designated as NBI assistant directors.
Walter Francis K. Torres and Edward Lim Hayco were also named as new PSC Commissioners.
Malacañang also disclosed on Thursday, Dec. 29, that the chief executive has designated Allan Troy Dandan Baquir as a member of the SBMA representing the national government.
Edelberto Salgo Mozo and Tomas Fausto Lahom III were tapped as members of the SBMA representing the business and investment sectors.
They will enjoy a six-year term, according to the Palace.
