PAGBILAO, Quezon – An unidentified man believed to be a “salvage” or summary execution victim was found at the New Zigzag Road in Sitio Upper Sapinit, Barangay Silangang Malicboy here on Christmas Day.
Police said the victim is between 30 to 40-years-old, 5’4’’, and wearing a black T-shirt, black short pants, and blue slippers.
He had multiple tattoos – a tiger in the left forearm, a dragon in the right leg with a Chinese character, and a Buddha in the back.
The victim’s head was wrapped with a face towel and a black trash bag and his hands were handcuffed.
A resident discovered the body lying in a prone position on the road shoulder and reported to the barangay at 7:20 a.m.
Major Lawrence Panganiban, police chief here, said that investigators are conducting follow-up and gathering possible witnesses in the area and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage.
Police said the victim was killed somewhere and dumped in the area onboard a vehicle.
