Narvacan National Central High School bagged eight medals in the recently concluded World Robot Games 2022.

The Department of Education (DepED), on Friday, Dec. 23, said the robotics competition was held in Thailand from Dec. 9 to Dec. 11.
“This year’s competition focuses on the creativity of robotics in Logistics. The teams are tasked to craft robots in all logistics, supply chain, and delivery areas,” said DepED.
“The competition aims to develop learners’ interest in robotics while testing the control boards from Thailand to ensure they will be deemed fit for other international robotics competition,” it furthered.
Among those students who bagged four gold medals were Philippine Robotics National Team members Jhenny Carta, Joana de Leon, Algine Mendoza, and Ysrael Caneso. Another set of Filipino students, among of which include Sofia Dominique Cabellon, Precious Rafanan, Klyde Joshuel Langiden, and Justin Sambaan likewise bagged four silver medals for the “Incredible Machine Team” category.
