The city government of Las Piñas distributed “noche Buena” packs to city residents as part of Mayor Imelda Aguilar’s “Pamaskong Handog” project.
Vice Mayor April Aguilar personally supervised the distribution of the noche buena package to the city’s 20 barangays.
Aguilar’s ‘Pamaskong Handog” placed inside plastic canisters contains spaghetti packs, fruit cocktails, two kilos of rice and more that residents can use to prepare meals on their Christmas eve table.
Vice Mayor Aguilar said that the distribution of food packs was conducted at selected covered courts in the city’s 20 barangays.
She said the mayor, acting as a real mother to all Las Piñeros, wanted to make senior citizens, persons with disability (PWDs) and the poor residents in the city happy during the Christmas season.
