Filipina Women Network launches 'DISRUPT.4' book

Women leaders disrupt!

The Filipina Women Network (FWN) recently released "DISRUPT.4," the fourth edition in the "DISRUPT Leadership" book series. Published in San Francisco, California, the collection of stories highlights the leadership competencies of 36 Most Influential Women Awardees from nine countries. Each of the contributors shared personal narratives on the leadership themes of the 18th Filipina Women Leadership Global Summit convened in Portugal.

Anna Isabel C. Sobrepeña receives her edition of 'DISRUPT 4.0' from FWN Foundation chairman Georgitta Puyat

The book was launched in Lisbon with a reading at the Grémio Literário Lisboa, a cultural institution in Chiado founded in a small palace in 1846.

FWN Foundation chairman Georgitta Puyat, together with FWN Foundation secretary Mica F. Tan, presented author Anna Isabel Sobrepeña a copy of the book where she wrote about her journey to self-mastery and authenticity. Recognized as an innovator and thought leader, the award-winning writer and editor described herself as a storyteller whose first published work was an obituary she wrote as a high school student.

The book will be available on Amazon.
